He is the founding Managing Director Of Tomil Trust Limited, a dealing Member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. He studied in University of Lagos where he read and got his Bachelor’s (1982) and Master’s of Science degrees in Economics (1985). On the professional level, Tony Enyinna is a chartered Accountant and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He is also a fellow of Chartered Institute of Stock Broker of Nigeria (CIS). He is also a certified Trainer. He has attended many local and international courses in the capital market. Before coming to Tomil Trust Limited in 1996, he was the Managing Director of Transglobe Investment Limited; this company is a holding company with interest in Finance company involved in Investment Banking services as well as stock broking. He worked there from 1993 to 1996 from where he joined Tomil Trust Limited. Before coming to Transglobe he was working in a firm of chartered Accountants in Lagos. Tony Enyinna has consistently played a pivotal role in community development both in Lagos and his home state - Imo state. Tony Enyinna is married. He is also an active member of the Catholic Church here in Lagos and involved in committee works. Enyinna is wildly travelled and has attended many local and international seminars.

Mrs. Arthur Uduak has over 17 years experience in the Capital market operations. She worked with MIDAS Touch Production as a Public Relation Officer from 1993 to 1995, Nigerian Immigration Services from 1995 to 1996 while she joined Tomil Trust Ltd in 1997 as a Marketing Executive and currently a Manager and Head of Marketing in Tomil Trust Ltd. She has attended various courses in Capital Market. She is a graduate of the University of Uyo and an MBA in management from Imo State University.She is also an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management of Nigeria. She is happily married.

He is a graduate of Law (LL.B) University of Lagos. He was called to the Nigerian Bar (BL) in 2004 and qualified as a Legal Practitioner. He is currently a student member of the Institute of chartered Secretary and Administration and a member, Chartered Institute of Loan & Risk Management. Prior to this, he had OND in business Administration from Yaba College of Technology, Yaba Lagos. He has got experience in both Nigeria and English legal system. Before he joined Tomil Trust Ltd as the Head, Legal & Human Resources Management, he has worked with Dapo Opeaye & Co as a Managing Partner with other associates solicitors. He is happily married with kids.

A System Administrator, he holds a B.SC degree in Computer Science from Olabisi Onabanjo University Ogun State. He has worked with NBC Owerri Plant as a System Administrator and IT Support Officer and also worked with Radisson Blu Hotel Lagos as an IT Officer before joining Tomil Trust Limited. He is the head of IT, and is happily married.

He is an Accountant with wide range of experience in Public Service, Private Sector, commercial and mortgage banking spanning over 30 years. He has undergone various courses and training in Finance and Banking. A graduate of Accountancy from Yaba College of Technology and P.D.G in management from University of Calabar He has worked with AG Homes Savings and Loan Plc as head of Finance; he was instrumental to the account set up and the management of the finance of the company. He joined Tomil Trust Ltd in 2008 as the head; Account and Finance. He is happily married with children.

Mr. Mark Osinachi joined Tomil Trust Ltd upon graduation from Imo State University Owerri in the year 2008. He is currently the head Compliance Unit of Tomil Trust Ltd. He has attended many courses on the capital market. He has a B.Sc degree in Economics and currently a student member of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He is happily married.

Mrs. Arisa Vera is a graduate of Federal Polytechnic, Bida, Niger State. She worked with Silver Financial Services Limited, before joining Tomil Trust Limited as Marketing Executive. She also holds Advanced Diploma in computing. She is a student member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS). She is currently a Manager in charge of Abuja Branch of the company.

Ijeoma holds a B.Sc.(Honours) degree in Biology and Library Science from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and an MBA from the University of Lagos. She is a Chartered Stockbroker and an Associate of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars,SEC Registered investment Adviser. Ijeoma has had a distinguished career that has taken her through stints at Allied Bank Plc, ReadersWorldCom Ltd, Forte Financial Ltd and The Bridge Securities Ltd before joining Tomil Trust Ltd as Head Stock Broking.

EZECHI PIUS C. is a graduate of Economics B.Sc (honours) degree from Imo state university and M.Sc in finance & Business Management from Bedfordshire University,London,United Kingdom. He is an experienced Financial analyst and an expert in Business process. He has had varied experience in Banking Business consulting and Marketing.
